General View: German player must exit with 30 VP, against a mixed italian group with tanks, guns, HMGs and MMGs, ATR, MTR  and a little infantry. Italians must adopt a fall-back defense, leave space to gain time, but is easy for the German to overhelm the weak italian forces.

German advantages: AFV quality, numerical and qualitative superiority of infantry

Italian advantages: Bore sight, HIP, reinforcements.

German Tactics: Concentrate forces on one side and use part of troops in the middle to block a easy movement of italian troops from the non attacked side to the other side.

Use Stug IIIG and dismount ATG 40LL (mounted are a too easy target) versus italian AFV, with the cover of German paratroopers.

Use some HS as a cover for the sniper: italian SAN is high (5).

Take attention to the trailers; they can't go over wall and hedge and can't do bypass; it's possible to use DC to open breach in walls and go ahead.

Use smoke to cover advance; sD from STUGs, and smoke grenades from AFV and squads.

Use search and mopping up to eliminate dummies and HIP

Italian Tactics: Apply a slow retreat, and use all that is possible; ATR is good if can take a STUG on rear, AB41 can go, fire and return out of German Stugs LOS because on roads with 30 MP is possible to do this. Armed civilians can do a good job against broken squads in the rear. Attention, a squad with the ATR can't use assault in a house. But use weapons when it's a good target, because often there is B11 and also Ammunition Shortage (A19.131)

Setup: HMG with 447 and a 9-1 in 22O10 (HIP) bore sight in 23H4 (6 FP with a -5! Nice, isn't true?) and can see from 23W3 to U4 and H7, G7, F6. Moved in N8 has a LOS in 22I10.
